| | Carrot cupcakes. You wil need
450g Carrots
230g Flour
230g Sugar
4 eggs
225ml vegetable oil
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
cinnamon For the icing
225g cream cheese
55g butter
165g icing sugar
Method:
Preheat oven to 180C Grind the cinnamon and finely grate the carrot. Have some tea.
